Hi, I’m Leah, homebody and story lover. A cozy connoisseur and bountiful book buyer, too. I also enjoy guzzling coffee.
I’m a part-time content creator at One Drop Designs, a design hub for doTERRA enthusiasts. I also blog and review books full-time.
My favorite kinds of books are fantasy and romance novels. Taking pictures and creating content to connect with and help others brings me so much joy.
The last time I took the Enneagram test, I was 98% a 2 and 96% a 7. I’m also a Capricorn and wayyy back in the day, my Myers-Briggs was ENFP.
I love astrology and all things related to manifestation, angel numbers, and being connected to the universe. Yes, you might say I’m a little witchy.
At the end of the day, I’m a pretty straightforward and simple person. I love to have fun. I love to laugh. I love the simple things and little pleasures in life.

I’m inspired daily by hygge and all the coziness always. I adore my family and friends, and kindness is the name of the game.

3 things that I’m obsessed with?
Coffee, yoga pants, and thriving at home. Oh and ALL THE BOOKS. But make them mostly fantasy and romance, like I said.
I also love a good #romantasy.
I’ve been doing life with my hubby since 2012 and, in the process, inherited his crazy Italian last name!
To our closest friends, we’re affectionately known as The Cheeky’s, which my blog was formerly named after (formerly The Cheeky Life Blog).
Most days…
You can find me in my favorite cozy pajama set, drinking coffee (or wine, depending on the time of day), snuggled on the couch with a good book, or running around dismantling my house trying to get the best bookstagram pic!
I love photography, designing, creating content, and writing. Anything creative, that’s my jam most days.
If I’m somehow not doing any of those things, I’m likely still be curled up on the couch but with my 2 fur babies, Sage and Riley, and my hubby binge-watching something (or still reading)!
I am mostly known for how much I read, the number of times I’ve been to Walt Disney World (which will blow your mind), and yes, my obsession with binge-watching all the things.
But usually epic fantasy fiction.
I’m also an aspiring mother, writer, and a foodie!
In 2020, I finally left the corporate world and am now a full-time blogger, reader, and content creator.
While I’m mostly a fantasy and romance reader, I also enjoy a good thriller and YA story, occasionally. And when all or some of these genres collide, I’m in HEAVEN!
I love analyzing the books I read and finding creative ways to show you if that book is (or isn’t!) for you.
When I’m not busy blogging…
in my library that doubles as an office or snapping endless amounts of book photos, I’m likely somewhere outside enjoying nature and the scenery of our somewhat secluded backyard.
And if for some reason I’m not there or still on the couch with my nose in a book or my hands busy at the keyboard and setting up photos, then I’m likely out for a quick run, cleaning my kitchen, talking to my book besties, or admiring my chef-inclined husband as he expertly whips up our next homemade meal and cocktail we can have together.
