I also finished a fantasy series I started earlier in the year, Daughter of Smoke & Bone, and found a new-to-me author I loved, Christina Lauren.

DREAMS OF GODS & MONSTERS is the finale in the Daughter of Smoke and Bone Trilogy and holy godstars it was an epically epic!
A WILDERNESS OF STARS is a young adult, sci-fi and dystopian fantasy novel with AN AMAZING plot twist.
CURSE OF SHADOWS is an wonderfully layered epic fantasy! If you like young adult, high fantasy stories with unique magic systems, reminiscient of His Dark Materials, you definitely need to check this series out.
IN A HOLIDAZE was the best thing ever. EVER. This is a time travel, christmassy story wrapped in so many wholesome, uplifting themes.
